Refund/Return Policy

Eligibility Conditions

All returns must be started within 30 days of a product's purchase. To request a return, visit our Contact Uspage and select Returns/Refunds from the “Issue” drop down menu. Make sure to include your order number. All returns are subject to the conditions below. There will be no returns accepted past 30 days of the products purchase date. 

All returned items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all the packing materials. Return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for the credit to appear on your account. In most cases, we will issue your refund in the same way your made the original price. If all conditions are not met, we reserve the right to refuse the return or to charge a 15% restocking fee. 

Please note: For product returns, Madcap university Press can only refund the original purchase price. Shipping and handling fees are nonrefundable. 


Non Returnable Items 

There are no returns or refunds for Video on Demand (Streaming Video) nor any digital services and products. 


Defective or Damaged Items 

If you receive products that are damaged or incorrect, please visit the Contact Us page and select Returns/Refunds from the “Issue” drop down menu and choose which option best describes your situation. Make sure to include your order number. The process for damaged or incorrect items will be remedied based on the situation by the customer service agent. 

NOTE: A returned DVD in the DVD-R format that will play on our DVD-R players will not be considered defective. So please verify that your DVD player or software accepts DVD-R format. We encourage you to try them on another player first. 

Madcap University Press, LLC reserves the right to change its payment, return and refund policies at any time without prior notice to you. Any changes to these policies will be posted on our website. 


Exchange Requests

Within 30 days of purchase some products can be exchanged. If the product was received damaged or the wrong items were received please see above Defective or Damaged Items section. 

To request an exchange Contact Us and include your order number along with what items you wish to exchange. Once we determine an exchange can be authorized instructions will follow via email. 

Please note, customers who are authorized to exchange a product are responsible for all shipping costs. All exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original unaltered box and must include all the packing materials. Once we receive and inspect your item(s), we will process your exchange. 




Purchases from Third Party Sellers


Purchases made from third party sellers do not qualify for our return policies. If you purchased from Amazon or any other third party, please contact them to process your return. When making purchases using Amazon be aware that there are third party sellers who resell our products on Amazon and we cannot verify your purchase so you will need to reach out to them via Amazon.

If you are having difficulty processing your return on Amazon or with any of our approved distributors, or you are concerned about the quality of the products you received please reach out to us using ourContact Us page and make sure to include a receipt of your purchase.

Buyer beware. We do our best to control our products to prevent unscrupulous people from reselling faulty products with the Puppy Culture Logo, but as technology increases this is a difficult goal to accomplish. If you are ever unsure of the legitimacy of a seller, please use our website to make your purchase to be safe. 

At this point in time we do not have any authorized distributors besides our company, Madcap University Press and Puppy Culture, Dogwise and Clean Run. To report any concerns about the legitimacy of a product you bought somewhere else feel free to Contact Us.
